Vituity is proud to announce that our very own Sergio Hernandez, MD, Emergency Department Medical Director for Citrus Valley Health Partners, has been selected by ACEP to receive the Community Emergency Medicine Excellence Award for his outstanding service providing quality acute care at Citrus Valley Health Partners (CVHP).
Due in part to the exceptional leadership of Sergio Hernandez, MD, in 2017, Vituity presented CVHP with its Practice of the Year Award in recognition of the hospital system’s substantial improvements in patient satisfaction scores and patient care throughput, operational performance as well as successful implementation of clinical integration initiatives and programs. Assessment of the initiatives implemented at CVHP and the scores from a survey completed by the health systems’ executive leadership team were also excellent.
