Hospitalist Medicine Qualified Clinical Data Registry (H-CPR)

 

MedAmerica (d/b/a Vituity) has been approved to become a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Hospitalist – Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR) supports all MIPS Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), Promoting Interoperability Measures, and Improvement Activities. The measures tracked in our Hospitalist-Clinical Performance Registry (H-CPR) are listed below.
